Matlab software & examples
These zip files are for the FDA package (left, originally from functionaldata.org), the Generalized profiling method (middle, from Giles Hooker) and MCMC diagnostics (right - CODA is from spatial-econometrics.com and the computational statistics toolbox from mathworks.com). Original sources and more details for this code are also listed in the course notes. I do not maintain this software, I only am providing it here for convenience.
