This directory contains the WINBUGS code and instructions 
for fitting a CJS model with travel time information.

The files in this directory are:
     winbugscode.txt - the actual winbugs program
     winbugsdata.txt - the data
     winbugsinit.txt - the initial values.
  
     *.pdf - the pre-print of the paper.

Refer to the WINBUGS manual on instruction on running the code, entering the 
data and initializing the MCMC process.

Don't forget to monitor the appropriate parameters after an initial burn-in period.
